Porcupine Meatballs

1 lb. very lean hamburger

1/2 C uncooked rice

1/2 C water

1 large onion pureed or chopped very finely

1/2 t celery salt

1/2 t garlic powder

1/2 t ground black pepper

1 can (10 3/4 oz.) tomato soup + 1 can of water

2 T Worcestershire sauce

Heat oven to 350 degrees.

Mix hamburger, rice, 1/2 C water, onion, celery salt, garlic powder, and pepper.  Shape mixture into balls.  Place in baking dish.

Mix remaining ingredients; pour over meatballs.  Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes.  Uncover and cook 15 minutes longer.

Serves 4
