This recipe came from my sister (not the one who had a Gourmet Take Out). I know not where she found it.
1 pkg Feta crumbled
2 tomatoes (I prefer Roma as they are less “juicy” and more “meaty”)
1 bunch fresh basil chopped
3 -4 cloves garlic minced finely
Olive oil to desired consistency
Mix all ingredients well. Serve with sliced baguette.
