Gorgonzola Spread

This recipe comes from my Mom.  She makes it with walnuts.  I personally dislike walnuts and have chosen to use pine nuts instead.

8 oz. Gorgonzola cheese

8 oz. Cream cheese

2 green onions – chopped

1/4 – 1/2 C Pine nuts

Place all ingredients in a food processor.  Puree until smooth and creamy.

Serve with crackers.
