1 lb shredded Mozzarella cheese

1 lb Pastrami (my husband prefers turkey pastrami) chopped

1 t Oregano

1 batch Pizza Dough

Corn meal for baking sheets

Heat oven to 400°.  Make Pizza Dough.  Mix cheese, Pastrami, and oregano together.  Divide dough into 16 pieces.  Sprinkle corn meal on baking sheets.  Roll small ball of dough into a circle.  Fill with cheese/Pastrami mixture.  Fold edges into center and press firmly to seal (if you don’t seal it up really well, you will have leakage of filling).  Bake for 8 -10 minutes (depending on your oven).  Let cool slightly.  Serve warm.
