1 large carrot grated
2 T sour cream
2 T mayonnaise
3 T balsamic vinegar
1/2 t sugar (1 – 1 1/2 t if using white vinegar)
Mix cabbage and carrot together well. In small bowl, mix remaining ingredients. Add to cabbage and carrot mixture. Mix well. Serve as a side or top a pulled pork sandwich with it.
