Jaynie’s Butter Lettuce Salad

I do not know where Jaynie found this recipe, I am so thankful that she was such a good friend (as well as a former boss) and willing to share so much with me.

1 Head Butter Lettuce washed, dried, and cut into bite size

1/2 Lg can or 1 Sm Can Drained Garbanzo Beans

1 Jar Marinated Artichoke Hearts

1 Lg Ripe Avocado cut into sm pieces

4 0z Gorgonzola Cheese crumbled

Italian Dressing

Croutons

Mix first 5 ingredients well.  Toss with dressing and add croutons.
